I think i kinda managed it out.After trying all of the soutions i couldn't find a way to decently adjust 1680x1050(16x10) resolution.So i tried to set custom resoution to 1920x1080 (my monitor is 1680x1050) and after that i opened the game and go to settings and it worked.But because my original res is below 1080p it kinda looks a little bit blurry but still better than before.
